Why does T-Rex have the majority of votes against Carcha and Spino?
The reason why the T.Rex has maximum votes over Carcharodontosaurus is because of the following
#1.T.Rex has the better weaponry to take on and defeat a Carcharodontosaurus.
#2.T.Rex takes on more formidable armored prey then the Carcharodontosaurus.
#3. Carcharodontosaurus has those shark like teeth while T.Rex had a septic bite (meaning that anything that it bit would suffer immensely from a serious infection).
#4. and last but not least nothing can really match a T.Rex bone crushing ability except for a Megalodon of course.

Oh for the love of..
1. Is subjective, and Ill defined by your post. But I won't go there now
2. You don't have enough of Carcharodontosaurus' environment to establish the herbivore fauna and in hand conclude this.
3. Is so laughably ridiculous I can't even
4. An animal with dentition suited for crushing is obviously going to better adapted for such then an animal with dentition wit slicing dentition. Whether one or the other is better is subjective and situational.

Has the whole "septic bite" ever really been confirmed?

It was just spun by a documentary. And if you want to believe Tyrannosaurus had a septic bite, you'd have to believe almost every other theropods dinosaur did based on their reasoning.

Yeah the way they explain the septic bite theory you would think every animal that eats meat has a septic bite B-).

I voted for Rexy, Simba, Moby Dick, the big bad wolf, Rexy again, the attractive older woman, Simba again, and I'm kinda on the fence about it but I went with the clouded leopard over the pit.

(I like nicknames.)

Spinosaurus (likely substantially more massive), 50/50, 50/50 (no one ever gave a good reason as to how one will win more often than the other), cougar (at average weights; actually undecided at equal weights, don't kill me), 50/50 (at parity, I don't see how one will win more often than the other), cougar (~15 kg eagle vs. ~70+-ish kg cat, 'nuff said), lion (primate vs. big cat somewhat more massive than it on average, 'nuff said), clouded leopard (a little edgy, but I'm not too sure how well even a rather formidable domestic dog will fare against an equal-sized wild felid with pantherine-esque features).
Updated perspective:

- Tyrannosaurus vs. Spinosaurus: definitely Tyrannosaurus.
- Lion vs. tiger: still not entirely sure (though, I guess I have to say that LionClaws got me to think a bit more about this one).
- O. megalodon vs. L. melvillei: still think it's a 50/50.
- Cougar vs. wolf: cougar.
- Tyrannosaurus vs. Carcharodontosaurus: not really sure (again, LionClaws got me to think a bit more).
- Cougar vs. Haast's eagle: definitely the cougar.
- Lion vs. gorilla: definitely the lion.
- Clouded leopard vs. pitbull: uhh...clouded leopard, I guess.
