Tigers are considerably larger than sloth bears and I would expect them to generally prevail without much trouble even in face to face fights. The tiger's greater size and strength would aid greatly in subduing the much smaller bear for a finishing bite. Given the size gap I don't think this is a relationship where the tiger needs to use ambushes. |
