I know Guinness ranks the Black Iguana(Ctenosaura similis) as the fastest running/sprinting Lizard in the world by sprinting at 34.6km/h. But I have readed sources that claims other Lizards such as Perentie cloked at 20 or 25mph which makes them faster than the Black spiny-tailed Iguana like here:
