Pack of Hyenas kill Kudu in luxury Hotel

Photos from the scene show the kudu antelope lying dead in the reception area, its body completely torn to pieces, and the floor covered in blood and paw prints.

A pack of at least 14 hyenas had been chasing the kudu, which in its desperation had bolted into the open reception area of the £300-a-night Kavinga Safari Camp. The howls of the hyenas and the death-cries of the kudu bull awoke game rangers and shaken hotel guests in the middle of the night.

Video footage shows rangers armed with torches and hunting rifles cautiously making their way into the reception area, and discovering the horrific scene near the check-in.
