Nice!

Looks like the lynx may have got the better of the smaller wolverine there

Lynx might really be getting slept on when it comes to fighting. Wonder how big they were compared to each other.

This is so amazing! Such a rare video! I wish I could like a post and a video more than 15 times.
Well, Wolverines average for males is 15-17kg no? And the Lynx is a tall cat and certainly appeared larger there as it was already.

yes the lynx averages above the max weight of a wild wolverine, it is to be expected that the wolverine would come of second best in a scuffle. the description described it as a big male lynx. maybe the lynx was around 25kg, wolverine around 17kg?

Well, that would be a good average vs average. I often get the impression that people believe Lynx to reach 30kg more often than Wolverines do 20kg. However, if that was a "large" Lynx as in above average, then we are prolly speaking 27-30kg.

I'd be surprised if Lynxes and Bobcats haven't already chased Brown and Black Bears away, since house cats have done it.

Pregnant wolves and pups do not count, and that "adult male" account is still questionable to me.

Also black bears make me go wtf, they're so robust and powerful but run away from damn house cats. lol

lynxes impresses me more an more. They kill wolves and chases wolverins away. Like small leopards and not big house cats.

for what its worth, a male lynxes presence caused a mother wolf to literally abandon her pups and leg it. Normally animals displacing other animals isn't a huge deal, but causing a mother to leave pups because of the mere presence of a lynx indicates there is a very serious threat there.
