Elasmosaurus weights 2 tons. So that would be a mismatch. A Plesiosaurus would be a better fight for i since it would've been similiar in weight with the Leopard Seal. Edited by DinosaurMichael, Feb 21 2012, 01:05 PM.

1. Grizzly Bear v Gigantopithecus
They show a five- to six-foot (about two-meter) long dinosaur that weighed about 80 pounds (35 kilograms). http://news.nationalgeographic.com/news/2001/01/dinostory_2001-01-29.html Coyotes typically grow to 30–34 in (76–86 cm) in length, not counting a tail of 12–16 in (30–41 cm), stand about 23–26 in (58–66 cm) at the shoulder and, on average, weigh from 15–46 lb (6.8–21 kg). http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coyote Sorry ShadowPredator, too much of a weight difference.
2. Leopard v 2 Chacma Baboons
I evened the weights up by using the African Elephant. 3. African Bush Elephant v Megatherium
Elasmosaurus was about 14 m (46 ft) in length and weighed over 2,000 kg (2.2 short tons), making it among the largest plesiosaurs. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elasmosaurus The overall length of this seal is 2.4-3.5 m (7.9-11.7 ft) and weight is from 200 to 600 kilograms (440 to 1,300 lb). http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leopard_seal It does seem a bit of a weight mismatch.
