Skull length = ~ 33cm long (LINK)
From this, I think Xenosmilus was around 110-117cm tall at the shoulder.

But the blue whale is really taller than an elephant?

Much taller, even when his underside is collapsed under the weight of the body

That T-Rex would have a 2 month buffet if that Blue Whale was sitting there beached right in front of it!

The elephant doesn´t look like 4m in height, and the indricothere doesn´t look like ~1/3 the whales lenght. and the whales fluke certainly doesn´t look like 4,5m

The elephant isn't 4m, its 3.5m.
How long is the rhino?
The fluke does seem a little too large though

I've read a bit about elephants recently, although I have no links - they are rarely more than 3.5 metres tall when standing. The "Jumbo" elephant was about that height, and he was considered especially huge. So... I don't think the Fenykovi elephant is representative of the species, it was totally out-sized. It was really, really big. What I'm saying is that the pic by DinosaurMichael has the elephant way too big. It's nearly 2½ times the height of the human (to the back above the shoulder). Even the smaller elephant is more than twice as tall as the guy.

The small Elephant is 3.3m tall, while the Large Elephant is 4.2m tall (the largest Bush Elephant)

Maybe it looks too big because its just scaled up from the smaller elephant, that 4.2m especimen was suposedly pretty slender, estimated weight was 8 tonnes, much less than one would expect if we just scale up an average bull (3.2m/5.7 tonnes) in which case the big guy shoud weighted almost 13 tonnes but that wasn't the case.

It all depends on the height of the guy - I get 4.57 m for the bigger elephant if he is 1.8 m. tall! In any case, I think 4.2 m is an exceptionally tall elephant. Kind of like André the Giant is among people. Is there really a verified measurement like that?

Anyway, I made this pic as an experiment. The pic is basd on drawings of skeletons of Camarasaurus lentus and Apatosaurus louisae at close to their max known size. It's a modern reconstruction, as can be seen from the high shoulders of the C. lentus. I don't know who made these drawings? I got them from some Japanese site.

Does this image work, as it's very wide? Turns out it was over 1000 pixels wide, I've made it a bit smaller, so it should be ok!

I can't find a news report, a reference or something like that from some book but this is floating on th web.

"The tallest elephants are those of the endangered desert species from Damaraland, Namibia (reduced to 84 individuals in August 1981) because they have proportionately longer legs than other elephants. The tallest recorded example was a bull shot near Sesfontein, Damaraland on 4 April 1978 after it had allegedly killed 11 people and caused widespread crop damage. Lying on its side, this mountain of flesh measured 4.42m 14½ ft in a projected line from the shoulder to the base of the forefoot, indicating a standing height of about 4.21m 13ft 10in. Other measurements included an over all length of 10.38m 34ft 1in, and a forefoot circumference of 1.57m 5ft 2in. This particular animal weighed an estimated 8 tonnes"

Whoa, I learned something new about elephants.
Stupidly thought the weight champion from Angola was also the tallest specimen on record(3.96m).
