Yeah everyone! I have been reading the forums for a while but this is the first time I've actually posted anything. I have made a few comparisons but I have no idea how to get them on here. Could someone help me out please?
When posting, go to "Full Reply" screen then go to Image. Post the image url (the text and numbers on the search bar) and there you go, a comparison.
That's how I do it.

Here is some great material from someone names Scraps on Deviantart. They may be really useful for size comparisons since they generally show a lateral view. Also interesting to see head shape variations. I am not posting all of them, unless people want. They are big pictures, FYI.

There is more here if you want. I just didn't want to take up all the space on this thread page.

The wolf taxonomy is all over the place. "Grey wolf" encompasses the species as a whole. It's not a distinct subspecies...

The Panda seems a bit off, as it looks like it was shrunk to fit the upright posture.

Your lion seems ok, 110cm at shoulders.
Good job for all.

I'm not sure if I should post it here, going by the latest posts it will look out of place but since they're not dinosaurs I don't want to put it in the dinosaur size comparison thread...

Top 3 of the largest known crocodyliform skulls. Important things to be aware off:

1. The measurements are from the tip of the snout to the skull table, also known as dorsal skull length, as that is the standard for measuring the length of croc skulls, it's not the greatest length, the difference varies depending on the structure of the skull, for example, greatest length of MNN 604 is 175cm while that of TMM 43632-1 is ~163cm and that of DGM 527-R is ~155cm.

2. The skull length of the specimens of Purussaurus and Deinosuchus are estimated based on comparisons with other, more complete specimens. DGM 527-R is a giant 175cm long mandible and TMM 43632-1 is a partial mandible.

This is the largest specimen of Mawsonia (6.3m) with a few other likely Spinosaurus snacks. All of them roughly to scale with a 5 meter Great White Shark!

I think this scale will also blow a few minds.... This is Mawsonia, and a median-sized adult Tyrannosaurus.

Can you make a Mawsonia Spino comparison and was Mawsonia really that fat? I mean usually fish are heavier than similarly sized land animals due to water supporting their weight so how much did Mawsonia weigh and what are the other 2 fish?
