Is worth mentioning that the three first animals are very similar in size, and the definition and perception of "largest" between them varies from person to person. That would be a plausible figure if they were, but would require them to scale linearly... And the Livyatan reconstruction is far too bulky.

After all, we don't know if the 40 cm thing in the video wasn't just rounded up from 36 cm.
