A visual comparison made from camera trap photos from the Urban Carnivores online blog : http://www.urbancarnivores.com/
The areas camera-trapped seem to have good densities of cool animals and so a lot often come to the same place. Here I just super-imposed the images. Not a perfect job but not too bad!

Comparison between a beauceron skull (left) and a wolf skull. I've never seen a dog skull that lines up with a wolf skull in both size and shape. There weren't any details given on the wolf though so I don't know age, sex or subspecies.
