That's a 11.5 foot GW male, and the Tiger is supposedly almost as long according to the website where I found the photo. It's clear though that the GW is the bigger animal even at near equal lengths. It seems behaviorally dominant too, though not much interaction is going on. |

unfortunately, it did. it died in a few days. i don't know why other sharks seem easier to care for than great whites. |

In general pelagic animals don't do well in captivity. And fish are difficult to transport alive. And this particular one has gills incapable of pumping. |
