Finally, there is good evidence that large tyrannosaurs had feathers! This is outside of the true tyrannosaurs, being more closely related to creatures such as Guanlong, but sheer size alone makes it a good bet that Tyrannosaurus had feathers.

I prefer scales but if I had to choose I'd rather have a Rex with hair than with feathers! Even if those dino feathers were in fact proto-feathers and mostly looked like coarse hair. That said, we scaly-Rex- fans don't need to eat anything yet, coz the T-rex was some four times bigger than this fluffy dino of yours and probably didn't need this kind of insulation as an adult. Contrary to what somebody wrote in the old forum, evolutuion tends to get rid of useless features that are expensive in energetic terms. I agree that the young probably were covered by dun-like structures.

Too early to celebrate victory, my good fluffy-rex-fan friend! ;)

I guess you will happy to know that Carnotaurus has been found to have a scaly body? Or that some sauropods, mainly Titanosaurs, have been found with bony osteoderms covering their bodies and many sauropods had spined backs? Or that skin impressions of Edmontosaurus have been found with small nonoverlapping scales?

I admit that I am more of a fan of feathered dinosaurs myself, but at least I know that not ALL dinosaurs are feathered. Feathered Velociraptor? I'd pick over the Jurassic Park scaly raptors any day. Feathered T. rex? Highly likely now with creatures like Yutyrannus discovered. Feathered Carnotaurus? Oh god! Get that thing away from me! Scaly Carnotaurus? Alright!

Show me a thread where I acted fanboyishly, I'm sure you'll never find one because none exist

Insects ARE weak, just try killing an ant and you'll find out how effortlessly easy it is

Reptilian pain tolerance>>>>>>mammalian pain tolerance

and as for the last one...
