Man that's tiny (even moreso when you consider the average height of southeast Asians). The Siberian subspecies do get bigger though. I saw a taxidermied one in the St Petersburg museum of zoology which was the size of a collie.

The strawberry poison dart frog, one of the world's tiniest predators.
This is a fully grown (or close to fully grown) male; females are a fair bit bigger but still tiny:

I thought that if you touched a poison dart frog will die.

However, this:

It depends on the species, how you were handling it, what part of your body it was on, etc.
For instance, handling any wild Phyllobates species is putting yourself in very serious danger. Handling an upset Ameerega species, or having one on an area like the back of the hands or the face is also taking a massive risk. Handling an Oophaga or Dendrobates species is generally safe (apart from Oophaga lehmanni* which is highly toxic).
*All poison dart frogs lose their toxicity in captivity, hence the ability of the person in the picture to handle an O. lehmanni.
