Hi there! I was following that topic since a while as guest now, but now I wanted to register here to say something. It`s nice to see my photos (and videos) here. How did you find them? I just uploadet the pics on FacebookBut no worries, I as a hobby photographer, have nothing against that they where shown puplic. You must be "theKurtz" I chatted with at my videos at Youtube? Here is a better version of the photo of Mvula: ![]() and some others: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Mvula has grown so much since I saw him in 2011. I was really happy that he showed up again this year, where I took that photos. He is the most impressive male I`ve ever seen, in person. A Tank on 4 legs. ![]() Just love that big boy. |

Hi Rudy, good to see you here. We know each other from facebook I steel you photo's all the time ow and guy's Rudy knows Lamula and Tingana too, and Mvula is bigger .. ![]() Tingana ![]() Lamula You did not see Camp Pan as I recall Rudy? I think the top 5 in the Sabi Sands right now is Camp Pan Mvula Kashane Sand River ( not the strongest any more due to age) Tingana, or Tyson But not for long, with the Maxabeni youngsters especiallu 3:2 ....Son of Camp Pan Marc Edited by 1977marc, Sep 17 2013, 06:24 AM.

Thank you, Kurtz and Marc. Hehe, I also thought that you are the same Marc as on Facebook. I have not seen Tingana and Lamula in person (as well as Camp Pan). But according to the ranger, Tingana and Lamula are smaller than Mvula. Tingana is bigger than Lamula. But Camp Pan is still the King. He have the head of a lioness. But, as far as I remember, at the moment, Mvula is after Camp Pan the biggest/strongest male in Sabi Sands. But there`s a new male now in Tinganas Territory, the Anderson male. Son of Mathsipiri and Emsagwen. And it looks like that he is even a bit bigger than Tingana. But with the Maxabeni Brothers, there`s a force in coming too. ![]() Xivambalana have also a nice size for his age. He and the sons of Karula and Mvula and Thandi`s son will be big brutes too, one day. Dayone was the second big boy I saw this year. But he looks like a baby comparing to his cousin, Mvula.. And Nyeleti, that I saw too, anyway. ![]() ![]() And here is Nyeleti. He is not a heavywight comparing to Dayone, as he was in that age. But I think he`ll still grow into a big guy too. ![]() |

Great Rudy, Yeah I read the Anderson's male account. I saw one picture of him, and looks just like his father. One of the biggest males ever at the Sabi Sands, The Emsagwen male. Would like to know more about him. Did you ever seen Tyson, Rudy? He is my favourite. He is a real fighter |

Yes Marc. I saw Tyson and Emsagwen back in 2011. Without question, Emsagwen was larger than Tyson, but his body stature was the same as Lamula. Not so muscular. More athletic build. Tyson, on the other side, was a tank. Big and a mountain of muscles. He was the most impressive male, I saw in 2011 and until 2013, as I met Mvula again. Now, the most impressive male is Mvula. Here are photos from 2011: Tyson: ![]() Emsagwen (with Shadow) : ![]() Mvula:
