It has the head, neck and shoulders as big as a lioness. Are you sure the pic is not a fake?

these photos so the animal standing makes people think that this is huge.

see the topic "jaguar pictorial" page 16 has a jaguar near 79 quilos a man of 1.68 m. And this jaguar is not so big

figantee the 79 kilos jaguar close 1,68 man is scientific record? cause the bullshit given from people on these animals is tremendous.
We should remember that the leopard weighed by P. Turnbull Kemp in at 74 kilograms with empty belly was an impressive specimen with the largest skull of leopard ever recorded by himself almost close a lioness.
Only scientific records we should manage for both leopard and jaguar.
We should remwmber that most accurate weight we have even in pics is Tyson at Phinda or M3 leopard at Phina a 71 klograms male accurately weighed.
See his pics clos Carl Walker and Guy balme.
Please.

No problem.

I saw pictures of leopards, but I think that is larger than this Jaguar mentioned

A new guy on the block in Sabi Sabi reserve
he is in a territory with some big males.
what impresses memost is his huge body size. His head looks small compared and the look in his eyes

7:35am, a voice crackles over the radio…. we have a male leopard here…. a big one! After bypassing a large elephant herd shaped roadblock we made our way into the sighting. “Wow” muttered Polly, my tracker, as he turned to see my reaction. “Makhulu Madoda” (big male) were the only other two words to come out of his mouth before he gasped again and began to laugh. My guests caught the leopards shape through the dry grass. They had seen a small female leopard on this trip before, but nothing the size of this monster.

Fascinating observation of a Persian leopard and 3 cubs in Shimbar PA, southern Iran!
This is the first observation of leopards in this reserve and one of the few observations in the Khuzistan Province. A mother of 2 cubs. The female look espscially massive, with traits of a male african leopard....
No surprise that the males of persianssp, are the largest and most massive built of the entire leopard species. http://www.iew.ir/1393/04/11/26621

I'm curious to know if Persian leopards did better during or after the time of the Shah. Was nature conservation even an issue with the Khomeini regime?
