Good, free programmes you can use are gimp and inkscape. Use the latter if you want to make comparisons of silhouettes, and the former for ordinary pictures. you can create a grid in inkscape using >PATH>PATH EFFECT EDITOR> select GRID Export it as a png if you want to use it elsewhere. Either scale the animals using a grid or by inserting a number in the scale dialogue. be sure to check proportions afterwards, or you could end up having an animal with the given lenght, but a skull that´s far to large or something like that. |

based on the new, more accurate look of Spinosaurus : Spinosaurus skull is 1.75m long, a large skull would be 2m long, A Spinosaurus with a 2m long skull would be 15m long, 15m long Spinosaurus isn't bigger than a Tyrannosaurus with a 1.6m long skull (around 13m long) |

since when does a tyrannosaurus with a skull larger than 1,5m exist? that isn´t accepted anywere in sicentific literature. How large spinosaurus is depends on the reconstruction, basing on baryonyx it woulc be about the accepted size. @broledkfjshd: That is like writing "make sure a jaguar looks smaller than a tiger". everyone knows it, it is not necessary to write it here. |

Not necessary to write here? It IS very necessary. It is there for people to avoid making retarded size comparisons like this: ![]() Do I need to explain how retarded that size comparison is? |

That's based on the very unlikely assumption that those legs belonged to the record-breaking Spinosaurus specimens, lmao |

Broly, Frankly Man, can you stop with your hate of T.rex ? Everyone knows it is not anymore the very biggest of carnivores but it is frankly frightening to see your obsessious disclaim against a poor animal extinct 65 MYA. |

Don't worry guys. brownfordfusion will be hated, if he will still hate Tyrannosaurus. Haters gonna hate Debate about which is the largest theropods isn't over yet. Spinosaurus is only known from fragments. 17 m is just estimate based on relatives like Baryonyx. I am not against that Spinosaurus would be one of the biggest, if not the biggest theropod. But we don't know about real Spinosaurus size until paleontologists find relatively complete specimen. |
