The cat would jump on the baby sauropod and bite its neck.

Even if it has the experience of an adult, it's limbs are short.
The Sauropod brings a nice size advantage, but the cat brings speed, weaponary and grappling ability.
Not an easy choise.

If the weights are accurate, i would favor the cat
But how could a baby Argentinosaurus only weigh 5kg ?? baby elephants are around 100kg

And with only 50 cm, the cat could kill it by a bite in the neck.

Juvenile specimen of any animals species are generally quite vulnerable. I vote for the cat.

Baby Sauropods are quite small, other than Elephants, who only bring one baby per birth, Sauropods lay lots of eggs, so they can't bring big children and they have to be carefull with energy.

Cat wins. The tail of the dino wouldn't be very effective against a feline of almost same weight, and its neck would be very vulnerable.
