Saurophaganax vs Torvosaurus already exists, and Edmarka is probably synonymous with Torvo (at least the european specimen of which seems to have been exagerated in size considerably).

Since <Large Theropod> vs Diplodocus seem to end quite predictably, how about a large theropod vs a slightly bigger Diplodocid:

Giganotosaurus vs Barosaurus?

I know they were about the same length, but most sources I've seen estimate Barosaurus at around 15-20 tonnes (some even higher but I don't really believe them) - I think it is proportionally heavier. The Seebacher result was 20,039 kg (source).

seebacher also estimates diplodocus at nearly 20t. I've searched for barosaurus in the paper, but I didn't get any results...

I'm not that well informed in this regard, so I could be wrong, but I don't think Barosaurus is considerably bulkier

I too noticed that, Wikipedia reliability is somewhat debatable but it also lists Barosaurus at 20+ tonnes with a reference and lists Diplodocus at 11-16 tonnes. Other then them I can't seem to find any other information concerning it though. I don't think this is the right place to derail into Barosaurus estimates though.

1. The Diplodocus mount he used was from 1910! The one for Barosaurus was far newer (I'm not one of these newer=better guys, but there's a huge difference between a mount from 1910 and one from 1997!).
What do you mean with you found nothing?
The papers Seebacher cites don't have to give weight estimates. He just uses their mounts or given lengths, to estimate the weight of dinosaurs.
