I don't think that would be enough to protect it. |

That's a mismatch then as Dilphosaurus was 500-1,000 lbs. |

Just asking, is there a source stating that Rugops weighed 3 tons? Edited by Carcharadon, Aug 26 2012, 10:29 PM.

Well I once requested Cape Buffalo vs Rugops and Taipan said that Rugops was 3 tons, which is 6,000 lbs. I think that was on the old forum. |

That's a weight mismatch in favor of Lambeosaurus. __________________________________________________________________________

Lambeosaurus lambei, not Magnapaulia/Lambeosaurus laticaudus, it's not a mismatch

Iguanodon none the less would still be very defenseless. All it has is thumb spikes, which wouldn't be enough. Plus Lambeosaurus lambei is still much bigger by probably 1 and half to 2 tons. Edited by DinosaurMichael, Aug 28 2012, 12:40 AM.

If that's so. Nanotyrannus would probably still win. Sauropods normally need a good size advantage. |

Lambeosaurus doesn't even have thumb spikes Iguanodon is about 10 meters long, and has a mass of 3 tonnes Scaling down from a 23-tonne, 16.5-meter Magnapaulia, a 9.5-meter long Lambeosaurus lambei(the one in the size comparison picture) would have a mass of about 4.34 tonnes Okay, you win, so it's not a fair fight, Spinosaurus vs Gondwanatitan then Gondwanatitan = 10 tonnes http://sauria.joachim-gabel.de/register.php?lang=eng&id=982 Edited by SpinoInWonderland, Aug 28 2012, 12:47 AM.
