So I've been wondering I now believe that Wolves are as durable as Hyenas, but I want to hear all your opinions. Which do you think is more durable or do you think they're the same?

I know now.

So what do you think is more durable? For me I'd say they're the same.

i actually say they are pretty close.
i only brought this up because i was sick of hearing people say hyenas were more durable because they survive lion attacks every blue moon.

I agree with you on that.

And I understand. Guess that shows their overratedness.

Hyenas are way more durable. I don't think anyone would say different.

Scientific evidence to prove Hyenas are "way more durable"?

I base it on the higher muscle mass, which is probably the next best thing to fat in absorbing damage. But seeing as no one is going to do a study on animal durability, it will always be a matter of opinion.

I mostly posted to show that drawing. It really captures the agonist expressions of both species.

Going purely by morphology & behaviour, I'd say the hyena is more durable. It's body plan is better adapted to absorbing damage IMO. I am a bit biased though. I have a soft spot for hyenas :P
